Kingfisher House is a modern spacious home suitable for family holiday stays. The home has 4 queen size bedrooms a pool room large entertainment areas and a quality 50 inch HD plasma TV Kingfisher House backs onto a lake that is full of bird life. Throw a line in, feed the ducks or catch some yabbies. The kids will love it! Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the home has all the modern luxuries , including a spa bath, diningroom, alfresco area and landscaped gardens. The golf course is 1 minute away and a boat ramp and the Mighty Murray is 1 kilometre down the road. Kingfisher House can accomodate up to 8 guests in comfort. Our guests have access to a BBQ and outdoor setting as well as a large 2 car garage. The home is fully air conditioned and also has ducted gas heating throughout. We are close to all the major clubs in the area - Rich River Resort, Moama Bowling Club and the RSL, all with courtesy buses for your convenience. There is also an abundance of resturants, wineries and tourist attractions at your fingertips. Visit Kingfisher House, you won't want to leave.

Directions: drive thru Moama to Pericoota Rd turn left and follow until you reach 24 Lane Rd turn right into 24 Lane Rd follow until you reach Sunrise Avenue there is a small shop on the corner turn left and follow to Kingfisher Drive follow until you reach Kingfisher Drive West drive over cobble stones on road we are in this section on the right at number 29
