Historical accuracy does not stand in the way of 21st century comforts. Enter via the stairs into the kitchenette/dining/lounge, all well equiped. Follow through to the plush double bedroom with "grandma's high bed" and velvet and lace drops. A full ensuite is attached for your convenience. Additional comfort by reverse cycle air conditioning. Located to the rear of the property and surrounded by amazing gardens, your wagon option allows you a most unique experience in total privacy. Echuca Gardens Guesthouse Located within the host's home (but separate with own private entry), the guesthouse comprises 2 double bedded ensuite rooms, each with their own balcony and views into the gardens below. Own kitchenette for snack preparation, with outdoor sheltered dining or perhaps a bar-b-que in the water gardens. Echuca Gardens Cottage The self contained cottage is a 140 year old, fully restored historic Victorian timber cutters cottage. Operating as a 10 bed YHA hostel, it can be booked for exclusive use by families and small groups operating on a cost effective budget. The high pressed metal ceilings compliment the open fire and polished wooden floors. The cottage includes 3 bedrooms (2x4 bunk rooms plus small double), fully equiped kitchen, separate dining and lounge area, laundry and two bathrooms. The cottage is both self contained and self serviced (linen provided). All of this is surrounded again by private gardens and murals within walking distance to the river, historic port and town centre. All options are located on the edge of state forest, within walking distance to the river, historic port and town centre. Our Opening Hours are Check in/out times 1630 and 1000 respectively, unless otherwise prior arranged.
