Riverpark House has it all, it is located in a quiet court 5 minutes from town, over looking River Red Gum Reserve just 150 meters from the edge of the Mighty Murray River.

Riverpark is a large executive family home with two wings to the house which is ideal for family & friends, ladies or golfing / bowling groups with plenty of (private) space for everybody.

Wake up to Kookaburras laughing & enjoy breakfast relaxing on the deck overlooking the river gum forest.

Wander through the park adjoining the back of the property or just sit and watch the Murray River or if you like fishing see if you can catch a Murray Cod.

With most of the day behind you relax and unwind in the outdoor 8 person Spa located in a secured courtyard setting - you can hear the paddle steamers tooting their horns as they come around the bend of the Mighty Murray River and view the stars at night.

Directions:

To locate Riverpark House arrive at Echuca and drive over the bridge into Moama
Turn left travelling through the main street (Moama shops)
Turn left down Perricoota Road and look left for a large yellow sign of Winbi River Resort and turn left at the Winbi Drive
Riverpark Drive is the first street on your right
Go to the end of T intersection and 12 Riverpark House is the house in front of you on the right.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
"Please note" To avoid confusion the lower Tariff range of $220.00 above is for a couple to stay in a wing with use and Linen for Queen Bedroom with ensuite only. The whole house can accommodate 12 adults ($600.00 per night) or you can just book one of the two wings to the house Linen supplied $300.00 per night - The whole house will accommodate 12 people it has 6 bedrooms - 4 x Queen 2 x Singles. Arrangement may be negotiated if you ring me Gaynor 0415 352 778 regarding extra people than the 12. A Bond Deposit will need to be paid to secure your booking which is usually one nights stay. Use of Spa incurs a one of fee of $100.00 (OH&S) Please contact the owners for a copy of our Cancellation Policy/Terms and Conditions.
